For the past decade my
comic character 'Mister Boffo' has appeared in newspapers around the world with his
wonder-dog 'Weederman' trying only to supply it's fans with their simple daily
chuckle...THEN something happened...The first "Hell Joke" appeared...it was
amusing. I thought nothing of it...it seemed to be an isolated experience. But, as time
went on more and more of them began to appear...like a virus attacking the system they
multiplied and continued to multiply...they began to change the very fabric of the feature
itself, distorting it in macabre and unthinkable ways...so, we've decided to go with the
